Account Accuracy Obligations

Account Security Responsibilities

Bonus Abuse Prevention
We have systems in place to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including multiple account usage, collusion schemes, or artificial gaming methods designed solely for gaining a financial advantage on bonuses. Users who engage in such activities may face penalties.
Deposits and Withdrawals (applicable only to supported jurisdictions)
For certain deposits made by specific payment means (such as Interac e-Transfer), we reserve the right to hold these funds temporarily before transferring them into your playable balance or withdrawing them back out of your account. We are not responsible for transfer delays resulting from third-party processing times.
Verification Before Withdrawals
In accordance with regulatory requirements and internal security procedures, a one-time verification request (KYC) may be required to withdraw winnings exceeding the Canadian minimum payout threshold. Requests will only occur after sufficient game activity has taken place.
Processing and Review Procedures
Our staff reviews all payment requests for accuracy before proceeding with payouts or returns of deposited funds. Users agree that any review periods do not constitute a delay in payments due by Coin Master according to these Terms.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
While the Platform takes every precaution to maintain its reliability, interruptions may occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control such as natural disasters, internet connectivity breakdowns etc. During periods where this occurs we reserve all rights not granted by applicable laws regarding compensation.
Suspension or Closure of Accounts
Coin Master retains the right (without prior notice) to freeze account access temporarily, if necessary; in other cases of User breach (and upon formal warning given to affected parties), these can be closed permanently without any claims against this action on our part being entertained.
